Founder’s Office Associate

Work directly with our Founder across multiple ventures and gain hands-on exposure to strategy, business development, partnerships, stakeholder management, operations and leadership decision-making.

This is a high-ownership role for ambitious individuals who thrive in fast-moving environments and want a front-row seat to building businesses.

Strategy & Growth
• Drive strategic initiatives and special projects across multiple businesses.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and evaluate new opportunities.
• Support partnerships, business development efforts and growth initiatives.
• Build presentations, business cases and founder-level recommendations.
Business Development
• Support partnerships, business development efforts and growth initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships and collaborations.
• Contribute to expansion, revenue growth and market reach.
Partnerships
• Act as a bridge between the Founder and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors and leadership teams.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-through on priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the business ecosystem.
Operations & Execution
• Ensure execution of key priorities across businesses.
• Track projects, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and remove bottlenecks.
• Drive accountability and ensure ideas translate into outcomes.
